The website “loanboox.ch” is a service of Swiss Fintech AG (hereinafter the “operator”), UID number CHE-283.230.900.
This privacy notice governs the data-protection-related rights and obligations of the operator and the visitors of the publicly accessible area of the website “loanboox.ch”.
Visitors who make use of our services register as users of the Loanboox platform. Use of the platform is also subject to the general terms and conditions and a separate privacy notice for the authorised area.
Privacy and data security are top priorities for us. We comply with the applicable privacy laws in Switzerland and protect all data with high confidentiality and security standards. All data and transactions are transmitted in encrypted form and stored on servers in Switzerland.
This privacy notice does not apply to third-party websites that can be accessed via the Loanboox website.
Data collection
We process the personal data of visitors only to the extent necessary to provide our services.
Technical provision of the website
When our websites are accessed, IP addresses, visited pages, date and duration of the visit, and the browser software used are processed automatically.
Use of cookies
We use cookies on our websites so that we can analyse, manage, further develop and improve our services. Visitors can decide in their browser whether to accept or disable cookies.
Jetpack for WordPress
Our public website is operated with WordPress. We use WordPress.com Stats to analyse the use and proper functioning of our website. Automattic’s privacy policy is available at automattic.com/privacy-notice.
SalesViewer
SalesViewer technology is used on this website to collect and store data for marketing, market research and optimisation purposes. The data is pseudonymised and not used to identify the visitor personally.
Timify
We use Timify for appointment bookings. Visitors must provide their email address, first and last name and mobile phone number. More information is available at timify.com/de-ch/legal.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics in the public area with IP anonymisation enabled. Google Analytics is not used in the protected area after login.
Google reCAPTCHA, Tag Manager and YouTube
To protect against misuse, we use reCAPTCHA. We also use Google Tag Manager and embedded YouTube videos in enhanced privacy mode.
Application emails and newsletters
Loanboox uses Microsoft Azure and SendGrid to send application emails and newsletters. More information can be found at Microsoft Azure and SendGrid Privacy.
Contact forms and applicant data
Transmitted personal data is processed for personal addressing, forwarding to the right contact person, and handling and responding to enquiries. Application data is used solely to process the relevant application.
Use of data
We use the personal data of visitors to our website in particular:
- to manage, analyse, further develop and improve our services
- to inform visitors about any changes to our services
In addition, we may use aggregated, anonymised or non-personal data to improve our website and perform statistical analysis.
Disclosure of data
Personal data of visitors is disclosed to third parties only where necessary in connection with the visit to our website, required by law, or otherwise permitted by law.
Information, correction and deletion
Visitors are entitled, pursuant to Art. 8 DSG, to submit a written request for information. Users and members are entitled to have incorrect data corrected.
When a record is deleted, all personal data of the visitor is deleted unless statutory or contractual retention obligations prevent this.
Security notice
For the secure transmission of information, we provide SSL encryption on the Loanboox platform. For transmissions by other means, such as email, we cannot guarantee confidentiality.
